Terms of Use
Last updated October 6, 2026
Lizts is a tool that helps you list and track your own things for sale. You own your items and photos, you follow OfferUp's rules and the law, and you can leave any time and take your data with you.
1. What Lizts is
Lizts ("Lizts", "we") is a web app and a small Windows helper that keep a list of the things you're selling, post them to online marketplaces such as OfferUp from your own computer, and track them until they sell. Lizts is in private testing: it's by invitation, free, and still changing. By using it you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give a real email address.
- Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account, including what people you let help you (for example in a stock check) do there.
- Tell us right away at support@lizts.com if you think someone else got into your account.
3. Your items and photos
What you put in Lizts stays yours. You give Lizts permission to store, copy, resize and send it only as needed to run the service for you, for example to show your items on your phone or post them through your PC helper. You confirm that you have the right to use your photos and descriptions and to sell the things you list.
4. OfferUp and other marketplaces
- Lizts is independent and isn't made, endorsed or supported by OfferUp. OfferUp is a trademark of its owner.
- Your marketplace accounts are yours. Posting happens from your own PC with your own logins, which never come to Lizts. You're responsible for following each marketplace's terms and policies and the law, including what may be sold and how often you post.
- Marketplaces can change their sites or limit accounts that post a lot or post automatically. Lizts can't control that and isn't responsible for actions a marketplace takes on your account, or for listings that fail, are removed, or are delayed.
5. Things you may not do
- List anything illegal, stolen, counterfeit, recalled, or not allowed by the marketplace you post to.
- Use Lizts to mislead buyers, spam, or harass anyone.
- Try to get into other people's accounts or data, overload or break the service, or get around its security.
- Copy, resell or rent out the service without our written permission.
6. The PC helper
The helper runs on your Windows computer only while you choose to run it, and uses the browser logins on that computer. You can disconnect it at any time from the app (Posting queue or Accounts). Keep your computer and the helper up to date.
7. Price
Lizts is free during testing. Paid plans may come later; their price and terms will be shown clearly before you decide, and you'll never be charged without agreeing first. The free plan will stay available.
8. A service still being built
Features may change, pause or stop, and something may go wrong. We work hard to keep your data safe, but please keep your own copy with Settings ▸ Download your data, especially before big changes.
9. Leaving, and suspension
You can stop using Lizts and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk; when we can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to download your data.
10. No guarantees
Lizts is provided "as is". We don't promise that it will always be available or free of errors, or that your items will sell or sell for any price.
11. Limits on responsibility
As far as the law allows, Lizts isn't responsible for indirect or lost-profit damages, or for problems caused by marketplaces, your computer or your internet connection. If we are responsible for something, the most we owe is the greater of what you paid Lizts in the 12 months before, or US$50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes go to the courts in Los Angeles County, California, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
13. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date, and for important changes we'll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Using Lizts after that means you accept the new terms.
